Procurement Manager/Logistics Manager/Contracts Manager (any nationality)


Location:
Al Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE.

We are exclusive partners of world renowned brands for play equipment & adventure parks, indoor and outdoor fitness and gym equipment, landscape furniture, outdoor shade structures and flooring systems for sports areas and playground.


We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Procurement Manager/Logistics Manager/Contracts Manager reporting to Sales Manager/General Manager to join our growing team and oversee a busy procurement operation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement operations.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to meet operational goals.
  • Identify and implement measures to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee and coordinate functions such as procurement, logistics, and quality control.
  • Manage and monitor budgets to ensure financial objectives are met within the operational framework.
  • Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures for smooth operations.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among different teams.
  • Identify challenges and proactively address issues to improve performance.
  • Continuously strive to optimize processes and systems to achieve goals.
  • Ensure operational efforts are aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or Civil and Architecture related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in Kids and Play Equipment / Recreational Facilities industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local operations in the Kids Playground field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Excellent client management skills and experience.
  • Preferably with Driving License.
