Description

Responsibilities:

I. Administrative support

Meeting and greeting the clients.

Allocating/assigning technicians to the clients to maintain the optimal workload between technicians.

Scheduling, rescheduling/adjusting the bookings in booking software.

Adjusting online bookings to avoid double bookings.

Schedule optimization

Performing general assistance to the clients, such as explaining the treatments, providing the prices and general information.

Confirming the bookings as per Company guidelines

Recording cash flows (daily spent and sales)

II QC.

Monitoring technician's work quality and time management.

Daily cleaning Technicians' workspace, and tools hygiene management.

III Supply management.

Checking the supplies of disposables, retail items together with the technicians and preparing POs.

Household supply management

IV. Client relationships

Communication with the clients during their visit.

Offering coffee/tea and handling other requests.

Follow-up calls, messages as per the Company guidelines.

Complaints management as per the Company guidelines.

V. Sales support

Executing and recording sales transactions.

Upselling - offering clients other services, retail items, packages, informing them about ongoing promotions.

Reminding clients about the referral, loyalty program, and warranty.

Cold calling to the leads.

Info calls and messages to the existing clients (ongoing promotions, new services, changes in the work schedule, upcoming events).

IVI. Content creation

Taking pictures and videos as per content plan and manager's requests.


Requirements:


  • Advanced spoken and whiten English and Russian languages
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (customer service, sales, marketing)
Possible promotion to branch manager in 1 year

Work schedule - identified by the company and can be switched at any time depending on the company's current requirements:
Type 1: 2/2 9:30 am to 10:30 pm

Type 2: 3/1 day- 9:30 am to 10:30 pm, day 2&- 9:30 am to 4:30 pm

2 years limited contract.

Salary
:
paid per shift
. Depending on the month, number of shifts per may vary. In case the second admin is on sick leave/vacation, you will be asked to fill extra working days.

Basic pay - 300 AED/full day shift 4500 AED/15 full-day shifts

KPIs - up to 130/full day shift up to 1950 AED/15 full-day shifts

10 % for cosmetic sales

7.5 % from technicians' tips
