    Description
    • Retain existing clients andnourish relations through regular communication with clientdecision makers, and secure newcontracts.
    • Review contract documents forclient's requirements and execute works within itsscope.
    • Perform field review and inspection ofassigned projects and suggest improvement plans to the client forapproval.
    • Ensure all projects are supported andhave the services required for the projects tosucceed.
    • Manage the day-to-day activities ofall projects under his supervision.
    • Execute theproject in accordance with the work schedule and as per theContract requirement.
    • Manage resources(manpower, equipment, etc.) and project expenses to achievecontract completion within budget and time, without any majoraccident and attempt to exceed budgetedprofit.
    • Ensure that the project'sperformance is monitored throughout, and timely preventive& corrective actions are taken.
    • Incoordination with supervisors, monitor the performance of employeeson site and develop their skills.
    • Responsiblefor all administration, contractual, technical, and financialissues (in coordination with GM and OM) that are related to theProject.
    • Establish and maintain project folderon server: all soft copy of documents related to the specificproject must be placed there. (In conjunction with HR, Accounts,Procurement and Design)
    • Implement and interpretdepartment policies, standards, andprocedures.
    • In conjunction with HR, plan forproper training of employees where challenges in required skillsare identified to develop the skills of Basatin' workforce to help the organization in itsgrowth.
    • Follow the proper channels (submit awritten request and get it approved by OM) for reactive andproactive forecasting such as over time and/or extra manpowerrequired.
    • Evaluate the performance ofSupervisors operating on PM's sites and submit toHR.
    • Ensure that the historical experience fromexecuted projects is utilized in the newtenders.
    • Review Enquiry documents, studyspecifications and drawings for anomalies.
    • Sendclarifications/ queries to Clients, attend pre-tender meetings andsite visits.
    • Bid and Estimation preparation:Prepare construction schedules, manpower and Equipment estimation,material requirement.
    • Review estimates andcosts with General Manager and OperationManager.
    • Implement and monitor Company QualityHSE & ISM Safety Management System to full Project team atall locations.
    • Interaction with project team onday-to-day basis; with other heads of the departments, sections onrequirement basis.
