    SENIORACCOUNTANT: HOUSTON (WESTCHASE): $115K +BONUS/GREATBENEFITS

    OurClient (or the Company ) is an established and growing USDOWNSTREAM ENERGY Business Unit of a highly regarded,large, international diversified company with the Parent Companylocated in anothercountry.

    -WESTCHASEHQ Our Client currently has 17 team members, 5 of which are inFinance. The Company operates US business from Houston HQ. Theyenjoy a close-knit, family-friendly corporateculture.

    -NEWTEAM MEMBER POSITION IN HQ With continued growth and the additionof a trading desk, the Company needs a hands-on Senior Accountantto act as back office support as noted below in PositionDuties.

    POSITIONDUTIES:

    Reportingto the US-based CFO, based in Houston-Westchase HQ, theSENIORACCOUNTANT s dutiesare asfollows:

    -Preparationof Financial Statements underGAAP/IFRS

    -Knowledgeof SAP andCXL

    -Goodknowledge of hedgeaccounting

    -MISpreparations and other financial presentations to the Board ofDirectors

    -InventoryManagement

    -Handlingtax compliances: both Direct Taxes and Motor FuelTaxes

    -Preparationof BusinessPlans

    -Hands-onexperience in FinancialModeling

    -FinancialStatements Analysis and VarianceAnalysis

    -AuditManagement

    -Otherrelated matters as may be required by the FinanceTeam

    COMPENSATION&BENEFITS:

    -BASESALARY (ANNUALLY): Up to $115K, commensurate with Qualificationsbelow

    -BONUSAWARDS (DISCRETIONARY): 15% Historically; Paid June15th of everyyear

    -401(k)Plan - Matched 100% up to6%

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    -CPAPreferred

    -Bachelors Degree in Finance orAccounting

    -4years of minimum relevant workexperience

    -Oiland refined products supply/tradingbackground

    -Soundknowledge of Accounting Standards(IFRS)

    -Hands-onexperience of SAP ERP & CXLsystem

    -Experiencein preparing and reporting Financial Statements withanalysis

    -Self-starterwith strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties at ahigh level ofaccuracy

    -Abilityto work independently with little to no supervision, effectiveorganizational skills, and ability tomulti-task

    -Effectiveverbal and written communicationskills

    -Understandingof corporate culture, policies and goals, and how to implementthem
