Requirements<\/h3>

• Minimum 3 years of high -volume B2C sales experience<\/b> (100+ leads/day, 30+ monthly conversions)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Background in hospitality, tourism, visa, immigration, or insurance<\/b> industries
  <\/p><\/li>

• Proven record as a top 10% performer<\/b> or consistent high achiever
  <\/p><\/li>

• Excellent communication, follow -up, and CRM discipline<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Fluent in English; Arabic, Tagalog, or Russian<\/b> is a strong advantage
  <\/p><\/li>

• UAE -based experience<\/b> is mandatory
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coachable, emotionally intelligent, and financially driven
  <\/p><\/li>
