Job Description - IT Executive

Respond to and resolve problems that are escalated to the IT Support Team, ensuring timely communication on issue status and resolution.
Update and maintain Operations documentation and IT asset details.
Administer enduser accounts including the creation and deactivation across Active Directory and other systems.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues
Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed

Branch Audits

Provide Support in the following areas:

Windows Operating system
XP-Windows,
MS Active Directory Administration.
Firewalls, Routers, and AP.
Basic network, computer hardware, printer, and mobile device support.
Basic knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, Wireless) and VPN clients (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).
Able to investigate, analyze and troubleshoot enduser issues with laptops, desktops, network printers andhardware, and Mobile devices (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Android, etc.).
Good understanding of TCP/IP Technologies
