    We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role isintegral to our company's success, providing high-leveladministrative support and contributing to the smooth operation ofour daily processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized,detail-oriented, and has a knack for juggling multiple taskssimultaneously. This position requires a high level of discretionand confidentiality, as well as the ability to manage sensitiveinformation with professionalism andintegrity.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing comprehensiveadministrative support to the team, including managing calendars,scheduling meetings, and coordinating travelarrangements.
    • Preparing and managing 1099 formsfor independent contractors, ensuring accurate and timelyfiling.
    • Overseeing payroll operations usingPaychex Payroll, including processing payrolls, maintaining payrollrecords, and resolving any payrollissues.
    • Assisting with various HR tasks, suchas onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, andcoordinating training sessions.
    • Handlingcorrespondence, including drafting and responding to emails,preparing reports, and creatingpresentations.
    • Performing various personalassistant duties as required, such as running errands, managingpersonal appointments, and handling personalcorrespondence.
    • Assisting with special projectsand performing other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration or a related field.
    • A minimum of3 years of experience in administrative support or as a personalassistant.
    • Experience with 1099 preparation andpayroll management, preferably with PaychexPayroll.
    • Exceptional organizational skills andattention to detail.
    • Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and other office managementtools.
    • Ability to handle sensitive informationwith discretion and integrity.
    • Demonstratedability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced environment.
    • Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to workindependently.
    • A proactive approach to work,with the ability to anticipate needs and takeinitiative.
