What we look for in our Designers
Our designers cover a lot of ground.

They want to understand our customers and are happy to use discovery techniques to do it,
Get their team involved and make sense of the findings,
Design by thinking and sketching and mulling and doing that over again,
Purposefully design in multiples, not just seeing one future,
Seek out critique and feedback to help improve themselves and their designs,
Take prototypes to users and are willing to change their mind.

The Property Finder B2B team is a fast-paced, collaborative, and driven product team.

We are a multidisciplinary team. Our roles include product design, product management, product operations, research, and product marketing.
We build useful, usable, and innovative experiences for Property Finder's customers. These experiences live across web, native mobile apps, and internal software platforms.
We care deeply about solving problems in a way that helps both our customers and our business.

About your role

As a B2B Principal Product Designer, you're responsible for uncovering customer insights, developing design strategy and vision, and leading B2B product teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

As a design leader, you develop positive relationships, manage and provide mentorship to other designers, and work with stakeholders to elevate design quality.

Our mission is to make Property Finder the most trusted partner to discover, buy, sell, or rent a home in the Middle East and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

Design outstanding digital experiences for web and mobile that help our customers and our business.
Advocate for customer needs and ensure that designs address customer goals
Collaborate with product managers, researchers, product designers, and engineers to deliver a topquality customer experience across our B2B products
Lead design activities like problem discovery and definition, storytelling, ideation, codesign sessions, prototyping, design critiques, and testing
Propose, test, and evaluate ideas that improve Property Finder's B2B experiences
Manage, mentor and help other product designers grow their skills
Lead multiple projects independently and deliver highquality work on time
Partner with other B2B and B2C design & product teams to ensure a consistent and delightful experience across all Property Finder's products
Lead by example, bringing a positive, cando attitude to work, inspiring others to build great products

What you'll bring

Experience: you have 6+ years experience as a product designer, user experience designer, design lead, or similar role

Expertise: you have a proven track record of strong product discovery, product design, visual design, interaction, prototyping, and research

Product & design vision: you have developed design strategies that address customer and business problems

Communication:you are excellent at building relationships and working optimally with diverse, cross-functional teams. You are great at giving and receiving feedback

Mentorship and management:You help other designers grow in their careers, improve their skills and deliver their best work. You have experience making effective decisions and managing design project work

Execution:you develop tools and frameworks to help teams work better together. You have experience shipping products that get meaningful results for customers and businesses
