Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network and servers

Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives

Implementing security protocols through access controls, backups and firewalls and procedures to prevent potential threats

Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment

Creating various user accounts and managing access control options

Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems

Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance

Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data

Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures

Manage, maintain and update in office printers, CCTV and biometric machines

Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the IT sector

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining of company websites and security policies

Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Developing and implementing error reporting systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.

Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.

At least one to two years' experience in UAE.

Solid knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

Knowledge in WordPress for website maintenance and update

Familiarity in Database administration and Cloud management

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
