Developing with the partners and director BD plans for each practice area and provide support for the implementation.

Developing lead channels, new areas of business, develop strategic partners and networking.
Company formation including establishment of branch and representative offices of foreign companies, offshore companies, limited liability companies, foundations, family offices and free zone entities.
Advising on restructuring or transactional structures of existing entities to achieve maximum management and operational efficiency.
Ensuring awareness of periodic changes to government policies, laws, regulations, processes, requirements, and their resulting impact on cost/service delivery/business decisions.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients;
Adhering to various KPI's provided in the form of targets and lead management
Generating reports and provide updates of events attended, companies approached, strategies implemented, leads developed
Coordinating with local and international bankers to facilitate corporate bank account opening of clients
Creating customised credentials documents highlighting our expertise across all practice areas
Identifying themes in the market, review competitor activity and make recommendations on our approach
Acting as the key driving force for action for internal and intraoffice communication

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor degree in business or law
Min of 5 years of UAE corporate services experience and 2 years in legal field
Critical thinking with the ability to identify issues and implement changes effectively
Fluent in English, written and verbal. Russian language required
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to think creatively, highlydriven, and selfmotivated
Flexible and capable of working in dynamic work environment
Ability to conduct presentations using Microsoft software

Experience:

- corporate services: 5 years (required)

- legal: 2 years (required)
