    Job Description:

    Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in identifying new avenues for revenue generation, enhancing profitability, and fostering our company's growth trajectory. This role is instrumental in driving our expanding marketing platform forward, with a primary focus on formulating and executing marketing strategies that elevate product awareness and drive the adoption of our partners' products.

    Business Development Role Expectations:

    • Sales Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, with a specialization in the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. Exhibit a strong ability to efficiently close deals, whether stemming from cold calls or inbound leads.
    • Strategic Thinking: Possess strategic thinking skills that are essential for fostering sustainable financial growth. Achieve this by amplifying sales and cultivating robust relationships with clients.
    • Relationship Development: Deepen existing client relationships to unlock additional opportunities while also cultivating new leads. Develop further opportunities through strategic agent partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, target clients, and industry trends.
    • Generate leads through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential clients to understand their needs and effectively position our products/services.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing concerns and objections as they arise.
    • Collaborate with the marketing to develop and implement strategies that align with business development goals.
    • Identify and explore partnership opportunities with other companies to expand our market reach and offerings.
    • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, prospects, and deals through various stages of the sales process.
    • Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
    • Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute insights and ideas for business development strategies.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the market to adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Set and strive to achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and progress.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and visibility.

    Competencies & Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably in Training, Recruitment or real estate
    • Strong market research and lead generation skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively at all levels.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a sales capacity.
    • Proficient in assessing client needs, crafting proposals, and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills, complemented by tact and persuasiveness.
    • Innovative and dynamic problem-solving abilities.
    • Demonstrated tenacity and drive to generate new business and meet or exceed targets.
    • Proven experience in maintaining long-term relationships with corporate departments and key business partners.
    • Exceptional project management, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
    • Proficient in using networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Authorized to work in the United Arab Emirates.
    • Willingness to travel throughout the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
