IT Support Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Feedezo Consulting
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide firstlevel technical support to endusers, assisting with hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with setting up user accounts, managing permissions, and maintaining security protocols.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting, including diagnosing connectivity issues and configuring network devices.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment and software to ensure proper functionality.
- Document support requests and solutions in the IT ticketing system, ensuring accurate records and followup.
- Assist with IT asset management, including tracking and inventorying hardware and software licenses.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements for IT support operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding IT security, data protection, and compliance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
