Description
Petty Cash Maintenance, Cash Refund and related accounting process

  • Recording Petty Cash Entries (without posting rights)
  • Leave salary and EOS transfer processing
  • Monthly payroll reviews: Logical verification, OT calculation, other related
- deductions if any, etc

  • Monthly Payroll EFT process through " Smart Business" as maker
  • RTA Ewallet maintenance, Related to student registrations.
  • RTA related(Students Registration like File opening, RTA tests etc
  • Fixed Asset Maintenance, FA Master updating
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management

SKILL SET:


  • Minimum 2 years experience into retail cashier
  • Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Customer satisfactionoriented
  • Attention to detail and mathematical skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cashier: 1 year (preferred)
