Description

Our client is a well-established food distribution organization and as part of their growth we are recruiting an experienced
revenue and sales financial analyst with a strong background in sales analysis and reporting.

Role Summary

Sales performance analysis - create detailed financial statements and reports to create visibility on all key metrics ; variance analysis and identify key drivers for budget variances.

Work closely with business development and sales function in pricing, margin analysis, sales performance analysis, revenue shortfalls and corrective action plans to meet monthly sales targets.

Recommend business process improvements, mainly pertaining to data collection and reporting to enhance business analysis capabilities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
7+ years deep experience in sales and revenue analysis within the FMCG trading and distribution sector.

In-depth experience in working with large data sets to distill sales data to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis that drive business growth.

Analytics - data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis on large-scale, high-dimensional data to help drive business decisions.

Power tools (Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query), Tableau, SQL, and R and/or Python and advanced Excel skills.

Experience of Odoo is a strong advantage.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Economics or Cost Management

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to live and work in Dubai.

Fluent in English - must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Solution-led and action-driven mindset with the gravitas to challenge the status quo enable existing accounts to increase revenue and profit.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
