Job Description:

Seeking an experienced and professional Butler to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Butler will be responsible for providing personalized and exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their comfort, convenience, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized service to clients, anticipating their needs and preferences to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
Manage the daytoday operations of the household, including organizing and coordinating tasks, schedules, and events.
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their accommodations, and assist with luggage as needed.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the residence, ensuring it is kept to the highest standards at all times.
Coordinate and oversee household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and security personnel, to ensure smooth operations.
Arrange and oversee special events, dinners, and parties, including menu planning, table setting, and guest coordination.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
Handle household finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and bill payment.
Manage and maintain household inventories, including groceries, beverages, and household supplies.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations of the property as needed.
Act as a liaison between the clients and external service providers, including vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar role, preferably in a private household or luxury hotel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Must be legally eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
