    Job Title

    This role is responsible for handling all customer inquiries related to room reservations, focusing on revenue maximization and quality service. The successful candidate will be able to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional guest experience.


    • Understand and apply key principles of pricing strategies and revenue management, including retail corporate leisure group and other segments rate restrictions hurdles availability controls maximize room revenue by converting telephone inquiries into confirmed reservations.
    • Apply effective upselling and cross-selling techniques take reservations in line with revenue management strategies demonstrate full knowledge of hotel products services facilities handle reservations inquiries via telephone email fax professionally efficiently be fully conversant with market segments rate plans across distribution channels adapt sales techniques offer right product right customer right time handle guest queries complaints related room reservations professionalism care identify communicate sales opportunities individual guests corporate accounts wholesalers travel companies co-host dinners special events participate client entertainment required ensure full compliance ACCORs Core Reservation Standards achieve targeted scores LQA Hotel Mystery Shopping calls maintain accuracy integrity PMS database correct market segmentation each reservation create maintain hierarchies relationships between Corporate Accounts ensure all reservations meet property standards data accuracy guest satisfaction demonstration complete understanding effective use RM tools Opera PMS S C participate PMS conversions as required demonstration full effective use hotel telephone system maintain all reservation correspondence accurately timely support Reservations Manager Revenue Management team special projects required PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESAbility adapt fast-paced changing environment strong attention detail ability handle multiple tasks simultaneously strong organizational workflow management skills guest-service oriented professional positive attitude strong communication interpersonal skillsQualificationsFluency English Russian written spokenDegree Diploma Hotel Management Training Development related fieldworking knowledge Opera PMS Microsoft OfficeAdditional languages assetMinimum 2 years experience hotel resort Reservations Agent Luxury background preferredGood understanding local culture previous regional experience preferredRemote WorkEmployment TypeFull-time
