Job Qualifications:


  • UAE/ GCC working experience as QS/Estimator in Advertising, Signages & Exhibitions industry
  • UAE/GCC working experience as QS/Estimator in interior fitout company
  • Strong Negotiation and analyzation skills to obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliers
  • Research/ sourcing skills is a must.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attentive to every detail, ability handle pressure to meet deadline
  • Knowledge of AUTOCAD is must
  • Proficient in MS excel, word etc.
  • Can join immediately

Responsibilities:


  • Preparing BOQ's and Estimates
  • Ability to Prepares estimates from proposals, specifications, and
related documents.

  • Compute costs by analyzing Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents
  • Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame
  • Assessing the risk levels associated with a project
  • Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done
  • Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of buyers
  • Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs

Education and Experience:


  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least two years experience as an Estimator

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
