Hospitality Guests & Logistic Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
  • Providing services to guests.
  • Delivering mail and messages.
  • Coordinating with staff management.
  • Accommodating general and unique requests.
  • Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
  • Coordinating for the Logistics with vendors & suppliers.
  • Hospitality Guests & Logistic Coordinator Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Hospitality Guests & Logistic Coordinator experience.
  • Sound knowledge about logistics.
  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
  • Patience and good listening skills.
