We are looking to hire a professional ladyReceptionist in our esteemed front office, speaking Arabic and English
Excellent communication skill in English and Arabic must
Duties,
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Assist company management
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general clerical duties.
- Updated about company policies, latest properties and market price
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Collect and maintain PC inventory.
- Support staff in assigned project based work.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with the same position.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
