We are looking to hire a professional lady
Receptionist in our esteemed front office, speaking Arabic and English

Excellent communication skill in English and Arabic must

Duties,

  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Assist company management
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Perform general clerical duties.
  • Updated about company policies, latest properties and market price
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Collect and maintain PC inventory.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience with the same position.
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
