Job description
We are an established, multi-jurisdictional law firm with operational footprints across the UAE and India.We are expanding our UAE practice and invite applications from a dynamic, bar-qualified Legal Advisor with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience within a UAE law firm.
This is a partner-facing role suited to a sharp, commercially minded lawyer capable of handling mandates independently, assuming ownership of files, and contributing to client development initiatives.
KEY NOTE:
This position is drafting-intensive.

- Corporate & Commercial Advisory
Structure and implement corporate processes in the UAE (Mainland & Free Zones), including: Company incorporation and restructuring, Corporate governance documentation, Board and shareholder resolutions, UBO compliance and regulatory filings
Draft and advise on Wills (UAE & cross-border structuring), NDAs (unilateral/mutual, sector-specific variants), Powers of Attorney (general, special, corporate), Legal opinions, advisory memoranda, position papers, Formal legal notices and demand letters
- Litigation & Arbitration Dispute Coordination (Legal English Drafting is a must requirment)
Coordinate with local advocacy counsel and court representatives.
Draft pleadings support notes, case briefs, and internal litigation strategy memoranda.
Maintain court diaries, hearing calendars, and procedural tracking.
Liaise with clients regarding case updates, procedural developments, and risk exposure.
Monitor expert reports and coordinate follow-ups in court-appointed expert matters.
- Client Handling & Business Development
Conduct client consultations and provide structured legal advice.
Represent the firm at conferences, exhibitions, and professional events within the UAE.
Identify and develop business opportunities aligned with the firm's practice areas.
Support cross-border coordination with India practice teams.
Candidate Profile
Bar-registered lawyer (mandatory).
3–5 years' experience within a UAE law firm (mandatory).
Strong commercial drafting exposure.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and assume ownership of matters.
Fluent in English (mandatory); any additional foreign language is an advantage.
Any nationality may apply.
Proactive, commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and capable of working directly with the Partner.
