    Responsibilities:

    • Create detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and firefighting systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
    • Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
    • Ensure that all drawings and plans comply with industry standards and regulations.
    • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and clients.
    • Produce material take-off and bill of quantities as per the project requirements.
    • Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of drawings and plans.
    • Stay updated with the latest design and drafting technologies and methodologies.
