Description
We are currently seeking an HR/Admin Officer to join our team.

The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure that they are accurate and uptodate.
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook and other HRrelated documents.
  • Manage the administration of payroll and ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in an HR/Admin role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Salary:
AED4, AED4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
