    Description

    Corporate Relationship Management:
    Incoordination with his manager, maintain liaison with key banks andother sources of market information to secure transaction referralsand support targeted business growth

    TransactionOrigination and Structure:
    Assist in originating, underwriting andstructuring profitable syndicated loan transactions in order toachieve a successful financial close.
    Create pitch books,conduct price comparisons and coordinate with relationship managersto jointly submit proposals and win mandates

    SyndicatedLoans and Distribution:
    Assist and lead (as required) thesyndicated loans process – distribution strategy,distribution mandates, bookkeeping and successful distributionimplementation. Preparing pooling/selling and underwriting opinionsfor loans. Establish and maintain relationships with syndicatedloan offices of local/international banks and other syndicated loaninvestors.

    Secondary Markets:
    Establish and maintainrelationships with secondary loan offices of local/internationalbanks and loan brokers. Closely monitor the secondary market forany buying/selling opportunities. Update RMs regularly withopportunities. Executing secondary transactions (preparing andexecuting secondary loan documents; coordinating with ADCBoperations teams to ensure timelysettlement).

    Transaction management and execution:
    drafting, reviewing and negotiating term sheets, letters ofauthority, letters of invitation, information memoranda and otherdocuments related to syndicated loan transactions to ensureeffective execution of deals

    Policies, processes, systemsand procedures:
    Adherence to all relevant organizational andadministrative policies, processes, standard operating proceduresand instructions so that work is carried out in accordance with therequired standards and in a consistent manner while providing therequired level of service to customers andstakeholders

    Self-management: Self-management, in linewith the Bank's people management policies, procedures,processes and practices to ensure commitment and maximizecontribution to business performance.


    Customer Service:

    Demonstrating our promise and applying service standards from AbuDhabi Commercial Bank to provide the levels of service required ofthe bank in all internal and external customertransactions.
