Description

• Work closely with accounting andstakeholders to deliver high standards of accurate reporting on amonthly basis.
• Prepare analysis andrecommendations on monthly financial figures from business unitscompared to budget and last year and issue reports as required bythe management.
• Support on financials alignmentwith stakeholders, raise any risk on performance and advise on wayforward.
• Work on process improvements acrossmany initiatives (ex. Automation, dates and gates for cashinjections, marketing spend tracker,etc.).
• Prepare the monthly report to managementwith accurate and meaningful financial highlights that drivesdecision making.
• Continuous alignment withgroup finance on calendars, deadlines and reportingrequirements.
• Oversee cashflow and supportpositive cash movement to minimize fundingneeds.
• Support in building feasibility studyfor innovation new launches.
  

Budgeting AndForecasting

• Help develop financial strategicplanning such as 3year plan, annual plan & quarterly planupdates as required.
• Build budget templates andapply forecasting mechanism based on historical trend or commercialinputs from stakeholders.
• Support in providinganalysis and recommendations on annual and revised budgets,challenge assumption and proposerevisions.
• Assemble spreadsheets and drawcharts and graphs used to illustrate technicalreports.
• Consolidate budget across the verticaland provide timely insights to management adjust strategicdirection.
• Timely upload the financials basedon group deadlines with high level ofaccuracy.
• Support in building a comprehensiveKPI's model (Financial & Business) in line withCompany's objectives and captures all relevant infoneeded to manage the business.
