Requirement:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a PRO
  • With a strong background in working with government organizations and embassies.
  • Must have completed at least secondary education level.
- should have excellent networking and interpersonal skills, as well as strong influencing abilities.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic, as well as proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Should also have a good command of computer skills, specifically in the use of MS Office.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for administering the following tasks related to employee and dependants' visa and residence permit processes, in coordination with local UAE government ministries:

  • Obtaining new employment visas and work permits for expatriate employees
  • Monitoring and renewing employee residence permits
  • Obtaining new residence visas for dependants of employees
  • Facilitating the renewal of residence visas for dependants
  • Facilitating the obtaining and renewal of expatriates' passports for employees and dependants
  • Facilitating and following up on the cancellation of visas for employees and dependants
  • Facilitating complex medical and police procedures in the event of the death of an employee or next of kin.
  • Responsible for administering company licenses and tax remittances with various UAE government authorities such as the Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries.
  • Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
  • Accountable for maintaining accurate records for all the above services.
  • Due to the ever-changing government rules and regulations, this role requires the post-holder to stay up-to-date on updates in information and documents.
  • May be required to efficiently handle certain tasks on short notice.
