    Description

    Desktop Support needs 5 years experience inan IT service desk environment providing technical support to aremote user base via telephone, face to face and remotedesktop/management tools

    Desktop Supportrequires:

    • Excellent knowledge ofsystems and hardware, database software applications and networkingsystems and procedures including knowledge of mobile device support(iPhone, iPad), Mobile Applications and Mobile Device Management,iOS and Mac OSX
    • PC, Mac, Active Directory,LDAP,
    • Experience supporting C LevelExecutives
    • Office 365
    • Musthave strong collaboration, organizational, time management skills,and ability to work independently under limitedsupervision
    • Able to multi-task with strongcommunication skills (both verbal and written) as well as goodinterpersonal skills
    • Minimum 5 yearsexperience in an IT service desk environment providing technicalsupport to a remote user base via telephone, face to face andremote desktop/managementtools

    • Bachelors degree incomputer science/technical discipline preferred; computer systemsor A+ certifications are a plus or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.

      PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

    • ITILCertification
    • Practical Knowledge ofSAP
