Major functions includes


1.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, including architects, structural engineers, steel and aluminum detailers
  • Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging the team to generate fresh ideas and concepts.

2.


Project Management:

  • Plan, organize, and prioritize design projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, projects and production, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

3.


Design Strategy:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's branding and business goals.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors' design initiatives.

4.


Concept Development:

  • Work closely with designers to conceptualize and create design concepts, sketches, or prototypes.
  • Review and approve design proposals and presentations.
1) Performing structural analysis and engaging in the design of steel and/or transportation structures for both new construction and rehabilitation

2) Preparing technical/design reports and calculations packages

3) Preparing construction drawings and specifications

4) Attending design meetings and site inspections with our clients, subconsultants, and partners on an as
- needed basis

5) Interacting and collaborating with our in-house drafters and other engineers

6) Designing various structures and producing contract documents for various building types, retaining walls, foundations, and wastewater treatment plant


Salary:
Up to AED8,000.00 per month
