SeniorChef De Partie is a key role which assists the head chef in thepreparation and service of all sections in the Kitchen. Yourdaytodaywork:

• Underthe general guidance of the head chef understands practices basicfood hygiene as defined within the company guidelines and the DailyDiligenceDiary
  
• Communicateany information to the relevant team members which includesinformation on stock levels best working practices and qualitycontrol in accordance with operationalstandards
  
• Ensurethat all food preparation and food levels are consistent withquality and quantity standards to ensure that the kitchen providesthe best servicepossible.
  
• Controlstorage of food items ensure that spoilage and wastage isminimized. Exercise portion control to minimize cost impact on thebusiness
  
• Followguidelines and standard operating procedures which include workingin line with setrecipes
  

Requirements

• Ideallyyour background will be from the hotel/F&B industry andworked as a Chef De Parties for a minimum of 4 years in a 3star orabove categoryhotel.
  
• Degreein Culinary Arts is anadvantage.
  
• AdvancedEnglishlanguage.
  
• Goodcomputerliteracy
