Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.

Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.

Manage client communication and represent clients with immigration authorities.

Actively promote immigration consultancy services to generate sales leads and expand clientele.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies and initiatives.

Maintain records of client interactions transactions, and progress.
