Description
Greet and seat customers, provide menus, and make recommendations as needed.- Take customers' orders and transmit them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve coffee, food, and beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience and promptly address any issues or complaints.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Process customer payments and operate the point of sale system.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables and chairs, cleaning dishes, and restocking supplies.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food and equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
