Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team dynamics.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from posting jobs to extending offers of employment.
- Actively participate in networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.
- Uphold and promote our employer brand through engaging and inclusive recruitment initiatives.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and implement improvements to enhance our recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on using Indeed for sourcing.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and hiring best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous success in using Indeed for recruitment purposes.
- Track record of achieving recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
