Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team dynamics.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from posting jobs to extending offers of employment.
  • Actively participate in networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.
  • Uphold and promote our employer brand through engaging and inclusive recruitment initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and implement improvements to enhance our recruitment processes.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on using Indeed for sourcing.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and hiring best practices.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous success in using Indeed for recruitment purposes.
  • Track record of achieving recruitment targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
