What's on Your Plate- Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission- Generate client acquisition plan- Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition- Tracking sales target of the team- Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate- Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target- Analyze competition - strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force- and personal research- Maintain accurate records of acquisition- Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner- Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance- Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments- Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance- Management for reporting and support- Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Centre and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated

What Did We Order- Bachelor's Degree within Business Administration or any other related field- Minimum of 6 years of experience within ecommerce Sales- Minimum of 3 years of experience of leading a team- Negotiation Skills- Leadership Skills- Stakeholder Management- Problem Solving Skills- Decision Making Skills- Planning and Organizing Skills- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working- Fluent in both languages Arabic and English- Communication skills (Written and Verbal)- Excel Skills
