    Job Purpose:
    Sr. Executive
    • Sales Support plays a critical role in supporting the Business Development team by providing quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including preparing and sending quotations when the team is out in the field.
    Additionally, the role involves handling some inside sales activities, helping to identify and pursue potential customers. Sr. Executive
    • Sales Support also manages internal processes, coordinates with various departments, and ensures customer needs are met efficiently.
    By streamlining operations and engaging in inside sales, this role allows the Business Development team to focus on revenue-generating activities while ensuring high levels of customer Responsibilities:Assist the Sales and Business Development teams with preparing proposals, quotations, and customer quickly to quotation requests from the Business Development team when they are out in the field, ensuring timely responses to potential customers.
    Handle inside sales activities, including identifying potential leads and following up with customers to close smaller sales opportunities.
    Manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and amendments.
    Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and SOPs.
    Follow up with internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
    Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in the CRM system.


    Customer Relationship Management:
    Assist in handling customer inquiries and requests, coordinating with relevant teams to provide prompt solutions.
    Provide ongoing administrative support to the Sales team for maintaining relationships with existing customers.
    Ensure timely and professional responses to customer communications to enhance service delivery.


    Data and Reporting:
    Generate and maintain regular sales reports, including tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.

    Assist in preparing performance analysis, market insights, and customer data to support the sales CRM data accuracy by regularly updating customer information and tracking sales leads.


    Market Representation & Promotion:
    Assist in preparing marketing materials for customer meetings, sales events, and promotions.
    Support in organizing and coordinating customer meetings, events, and networking activities.
    Help in raising awareness of WeFreight's products and services by contributing to promotional efforts.


    Operational Coordination:


    Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and support for customer needs.

    Follow up with customers for documentation and assist with order processing when necessary.
    Coordinate with the Finance team on billing issues, invoicing, and following up on customer payments.


    Process Improvement:
    Identify and suggest improvements in sales support processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the Sales team.
    Collaborate with internal departments to optimize communication flows and reduce administrative bottlenecks.
    Provide feedback to the Business Development team on ways to improve customer service and support.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    Accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation and reporting.
    Efficient coordination between the Sales team and internal departments.
    Quick response time to quotations and inquiries from the Business Development team.
    Customer satisfaction as reflected in service delivery and and accurate data management in the CRM system.
    Contribution to the overall success of sales campaigns and promotions.

    Customers | Internal: Sales & BD | Finance | HR | Operations | WeFreight Branch officesEducation requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

    Preferred Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage.


    Background and experience:


    Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

    Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
    Experience in coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.


    Competencies and skills:
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to respond quickly and accurately to quotation requests.
    Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales documents.
    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
