    Qualifications

    Yourexperience and skills include:

    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication, interpersonal and leadershipskills
    • Degree or Diploma in HospitalityManagement is an asset
    • Minimum of 1 yearprevious proven supervisory experience
    • Advancelevel of Opera PMS is an asset
    • Strong guestservice orientation and training skills backgroundrequired
    • Experience with a Hotel loyaltyprogram an asset
    • Computer proficiency in aWindows environment (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
    • Good interpersonal skills withability to communicate with all levels ofemployees
    • Highly organized, results-orientedwith the ability to be flexible and work well underpressure
    • Service oriented with an eye fordetails
    • Ability to work effectively andcontribute in a team
    • Good presentation andinfluencing skills
    • Multicultural awareness andable to work with people from diversecultures
    • Flexible and able to embrace andrespond to change effectively
