    Description

    As a Lobby Ambassador Team Member, you willserve on the Front Office Team which is the main connection betweenthe Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. A LobbyAmbassador Team Member truly influences the first impressions ofour VIP Guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing thefollowing tasks to the highest standards.

    • Behospitable
    • Maintain the Conrad Brand ServiceStandards
    • Smile – and keep a smile inyour voice
    • Demonstrate positive bodylanguage
    • Be aware of, and take responsibilityfor your surroundings
    • Open doors for Guestscoming into or leaving an area
    • Hold elevatordoors for Guests
    • Always allow Guests to proceedyou and your fellow Team Members when they are passing, entering,or exiting an area
    • You are responsible forbeing visible in the lobby (and accessible to Guests) at all peakarrival and departure times
    • Always rememberthat the first 5-10 minutes does the most to shape aGuest's impression your hotel
    • Make ita practice, when appropriate, to check other areas of the hotel– or to go wherever in the hotel your presence can be ofvalue to your Guests or your fellow TeamMembers
    • Check the guest arrival reports inadvance of VIP Guest check-in and coordinate with Housekeeping onroom allocations for VIP guests
    • Be responsiblefor special room assignments and suiteoccupancies
    • Welcome and fulfill the check-inprocess of VIP Guests, including serving as an escort to theExecutive Lounge and VIP Guest room
    • Ensure allVIP rooms meet the highest quality standards and include allrequested amenities before VIP Guestarrival
    • Manage the Lobby Ambassador Desk in thehotel lobby
    • Serve as the main point of contactfor VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed onVIP Guest requirements
    • Maintain the inventoryof Guest amenities
    • Maintain current knowledgeof hotel products, services, pricing and special promotionaloffers, as well as daily VIP and special events
