    Description

    SearchPlus HR is excited to invite applications for the position of Junior Specialist in Pediatrics at a leading private sector healthcare facility. This role is perfect for new graduates or professionals at the beginning of their medical careers who are passionate about pediatric care and eager to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

    In this role, the Junior Specialist will work closely with experienced pediatricians to provide high-quality care to children. Responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, contributing to treatment plans, and educating families about health and wellness issues relevant to pediatric care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct physical examinations and assist in diagnosing and treating pediatric patients.
    • Collaborate with senior pediatricians to formulate and implement treatment plans.
    • Perform routine health checks and developmental screenings.
    • Provide guidance and education to families regarding pediatric health concerns.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
    • Engage in continuous professional learning and training opportunities.
    Requirements
    • Medical degree (MD/DO) with completion of the relevant residency training in Pediatrics.
    • Active medical license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
    • Demonstrated interest in pediatric healthcare.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with children and families.
    • A collaborative spirit for working within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
