    Our client sMicrosoft Business Solutions is looking for a talented D365 FO whowill use her/his expertise and experience for the technicalrealisation of tasks based on functional designs in MicrosoftDynamics 365 Finance & Operations in particular buildingand testing new and existing functionalities. This is a dynamic andexciting opportunity to join a growing new business area within amarket leadingfirm.

    Requirements

    • Deepand broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365,including appropriate certification. Must be able to show goodknowledge of practices for Dynamics 365
    • AMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O Core Certification together witha Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Certification and aMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Certification wouldbe considered as anasset
    • Understandingof Azure and Cloudtechnologies
    • Broadunderstanding of software development lifecycle, developmentmanagement, release management, data migrations, cut-over planningand early livesupport
    • Demonstrableknowledge of capabilities of the supporting software in theMicrosoft stack (certification is a positive),including:
      • AzureSQL / SQL Server / Common Data Services(CDS)
      • PowerPlatform
      • Azureservices such as LogicApps
      • Dynamics365 products such as Customer Engagement Plan andHR
      • AzureDevOps
      • LifecycleServices
    • Knowledgeof best practices for working with offshore teams and onmultinationalprojects
    • Experienceof AgileMethodology
    • Arelevant degree within a computational or businessdiscipline

    ExperienceandBackground
    • Minimum7+ years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX andMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O
    • Expertisein providing both out of the box and development solutions in aMicrosoft Dynamics 365environment.
    • Abilityto technically lead engagements and present to the C-Suitestakeholders.
    • Functionalexperience in standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 FOmodules
    • Experienceof large-scale ERPimplementations
    • Experiencewith data migration, reporting and interfacingstrategies
    • Strongunderstanding and experience inX++
    • Adeptat Business Requirement Analysis with a focus on reducingdevelopment effort and simplifyingdelivery
    • Pre-salesexperience would be considered anasset
    • Excellentpresentation and demonstrationskill
    • Businessprocess mapping, modelling and documentationknowledge
    • Experienceof mentoring junior and offshorestaff

    Responsibilities
    • TheSenior / Technical Architect will lead the delivery of our client sMicrosoft Dynamics 365 FO solutions
    • Be achampion for technical solutions across the Microsoft platform,driving the adoption of new features andtechnology
    • Havean exceptional understanding of Dynamics 365 technicalcapabilities
    • Leadthe design and development of sector specific templates to enhancethe out of the box Dynamics 365 functionality, giving company s aunique selling point and also a resalableasset
    • Beresponsible for ensuring our client s pre-sales engagements aredelivered with the same rigour and attention to detail as ourclientengagements
    • Definetraining needs within the team and coach other teammembers
    • Deliverall consultancy according to the company s Project Methodology,ensuring that all software applications are implementedsuccessfully according to the projectplan
    • Beresponsible for setting up Azure DevOps as required by the DevOpsprinciples
    • Beresponsible for ensuring that the DevOps practices are beingfollowed
    • Bea role model and a reference point to the teammembers
    • Participatein forums and knowledge sharingactivities
    • Conducttechnicalinterviews
    • Meetand exceed customer expectations of business knowledge, skills andbehaviour
    • Identifytechnical risks and mitigate or communicate asnecessary
    • Ensureprogress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formallyandinformally
    • Identifypractice development activities and help in defining how these willbedelivered
    • Carryout additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructedand agreed byDirectors
    • Inall activities, ensure timely completion of internal processes andmandatorytraining
