1) Proven ability to drive discussions with business partners and to balance merchant needs and Amazon business needs.2) Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments, and manage multiple priorities on daily/weekly basis

We are looking for a program manager who will play a critical role in managing our key accounts growth on the platform.
You will manage various activities including, engaging with key accounts on our main areas of focus:1) Project management of new stores pre-launch work.
2) Drive processes/programs to improve business input metrics on both weekly and long term basis
3) Implement SOPs to drive efficiencies in engagement
3) Drive In-stock management at scale with Merchant to manage Customer experience.
4) Engage on continuous selection expansion and drive business growth, to improve product availability for customers
Prior experience in Project management or program management or account management
