This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent placement with our client.


Key Responsibilities:


Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing the construction project to ensure they are completed to plan, on the milestones and within the scope and budget.

Responsible to plan and designate project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and engaging with stakeholders, both the internal team and external vendors and client along the entire way.

You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organisation and timeline, working with the Project Director.

  • Work in collaboration with PMT, (Project Management Team), on all site activities to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
  • Execute projects agreedupon strategy with the Project Director and other project managers.
  • Contribute and review the project Key Performance Indicators to determine the accurate status of the project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain a project on target.
  • Manage changes to Engineering scope and assist in obtaining written client approval on all changes before proceeding with work.
  • Prepare reports for corrective actions if the project becomes behind schedule or overspends budget and suggest recovery plan under the direction of the Project Director.
  • Prepare and present reports for Project Director including monthly summary report.
  • Confer with Site Managers to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Provide Department on boarding and induction (procedures, guidelines, policies, etc).
  • Collaborate with Construction Managers in directing and supervising personnel.
  • Ensure all PMT departments have effective resources and perform with expected efficiency and productivity.
  • Comply with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project.
  • Ensure proper closeout of project including transmittal of final documentation to client in case Project Director is absent.
  • Comply with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of accidents.
  • Aware of all project documents and information (drawings, specifications, BOQ & Contract Conditions).
  • Committed to providing adequate resources for the establishment of the HSE management System.
  • Ensure HSE policy is developed and implemented as required

Project Manager Experience:


  • Bachelor / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university or colleges.
  • Preferably PMP qualified.
  • 10+ years of experience in the civil constructions specifically with Industrial, commercial and residential Building works; minimum 5 years of GCC management experience. Also, including commercial, technical, planning and contractual qualifications.
  • Has been responsible for major construction of projects.
  • Must have proven leadership ability, communications skills, interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
  • Must be able to develop strong relationships and accounts with clients.
  • A creative thinker and excellent organizer.
  • Excellent Oral and written skill in English.
