Summary

TheProject Manager will lead and oversee our high-end residentialbuilds within New York City. You will work with Engineers,Architects, Subs, and crew members to create a project time frame,distribute resources, and ensure a timely process from inception tocompletion.

Responsibilities:

• Understandproject deliverables and create timelines for all involved in theproject
  
• Befamiliar with the goals and responsibilities of projects alongsideallinvolved.
  
• Planand assign all duties to appropriatepersonnel
  
• Coordinatetasksefficiently
  
• Ensuretimelycompletion
  
• Buildrapport with all peopleinvolved
  
• Maintainefficient budget by adequately estimating costs and cuttingunnecessaryexpenses
  
• Procureand allocate resources asnecessary
  
• Manageinternal and externalrisks
  

Qualifications:

• Excellentverbal, written, and oral communicationskills
  
• Excelsin building rapport and creating a team environment where all canthrive
  
• Abilityto maintain a high level of organizationalskills
  
• Abilityto determine risks and devise plans to solvethem
  
• Excellenttime managementskills
  

Requirements:

• Atleast 1 year with direct exposure within high-end residentialbuilds
  
• Provenrecord of success andknowledge
  
• Mustknow and understand all policies, codes, permits, and regulationsrequired in New York and New YorkCity
  
• Mustbe fluent in Project Management and understands the details thatare required from planning and inception all the way tocompletion
