High-End Residential Construction Project Manager

Summary

The Project Manager will lead and oversee our high-end residential builds within New York City. You will work with Engineers, Architects, Subs, and crew members to create a project time frame, distribute resources, and ensure a timely process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Understand project deliverables and create timelines for all involved in the project
  
• Be familiar with the goals and responsibilities of projects alongside all involved.
  
• Plan and assign all duties to appropriate personnel
  
• Coordinate tasks efficiently
  
• Ensure timely completion
  
• Build rapport with all people involved
  
• Maintain efficient budget by adequately estimating costs and cutting unnecessary expenses
  
• Procure and allocate resources as necessary
  
• Manage internal and external risks
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills
  
• Excels in building rapport and creating a team environment where all can thrive
  
• Ability to maintain a high level of organizational skills
  
• Ability to determine risks and devise plans to solve them
  
• Excellent time management skills
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year with direct exposure within high-end residential builds
  
• Proven record of success and knowledge
  
• Must know and understand all policies, codes, permits, and regulations required in New York and New York City
  
• Must be fluent in Project Management and understands the details that are required from planning and inception all the way to completion

Salary:

• Up to $120,000 annually
