Full Job Description:

  • Handling and posting listings on CRM/portal (Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle).
  • Drafting Tenancy contracts, addendum, MOU, NOC, and other propertyrelated contracts.
  • Know to work on the Trakheesi system, submitting required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit.
  • Extracting leads from all portals and assigning them to LEADS Admin.
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking and relaying messages.
  • Greeting visitors and taking messages if the concerned party is unavailable.
  • Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good in customer service calls & handling all client inquiries.
  • Developer Agency Agreement and renewal.
  • Provide general administrative support and secretarial services as required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and face to face.
  • Presentable and wellmannered and multitasker.
  • Should have strong computer skills (MS Office
  • Word / PowerPoint / Excel /Outlook / Excel/ Internet).
  • Must be fluent in English (written & oral)

Salary:

AED / month

with Benefits


Salary:

AED2, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
Real Estate: 1 year (required)
