Specialize in Handling Leasing and Sales Inquiries is a must

  • To interact directly with prospective and current clients and achieve maximum occupancy and be responsible for the entire sales and leasing process by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Real Estate Sales and Leasing Experience
  • Must speak English and Arabic is preferable
  • Must have driving license
  • Hiring Immediately
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate client leads to buy, and sell a property.
  • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Show properties to potential buyers and sellers.
  • Present purchase offers to sellers.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
  • Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
  • Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.
  • Monitor all vacancies and future vacancies in order to react proactively to future occupancy needs
  • Monitor advertisement and effectiveness of response (in case of backup).
  • Salary : Attractive Commission
