REAL ESTATE TEAM LEADER, preferably
Urdu, English, Hindi, speakerto join our growing Dubai Team.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Real Estate Team Leader will report to the Managing Partner and the COO of the Company.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Managing the daytoday activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Set clear team gaols and developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members and set deadlines
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and risktaking
  • Suggest and organize team building activities

Qualification:


  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Indepth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Decisionmaking skills
  • Onthejob training.
  • Computer literate.

Salary: 7000 AED and above


Education:
Bachelor's


Experience:

Real Estate 2 years (required)

*Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus*
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)


Language:
Urdu, English, Hindi (required)

COMPANY VISA, MEDICAL INSURANCE and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law will be provided.


Job Type:
Full-time


Salary:
AED6, AED9,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- real estate team leader: 3 years (required)
