    Description

    CFOresponsibilitiesinclude:

    • Drivingthe companys financialplanning
    • Performing risk managementby analyzing the organization s liabilities andinvestments
    • Deciding on investmentstrategies by considering cash and liquidityrisks

    We are looking foran experienced Chief Financial Officer or CFO toperform effective risk management and plan the organization sfinancial strategy. It is a very important and complex role sincean organization can only survive if it actively investigates andsafeguards its finances.

    A CFO must bewell-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging fromsimple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. Theideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relativedepartments of the organization will be under theircommand.

    The goal is to protect thecompany s revenues and profits to achieve full financial controland sustainablegrowth.

    Responsibilities

    • Drivethe company s financialplanning
    • Perform risk management byanalyzing the organization s liabilities andinvestments
    • Decide on investmentstrategies by considering cash and liquidityrisks
    • Control and evaluate theorganization s fundraising plans and capitalstructure
    • Ensure cash flow isappropriate for the organization soperations
    • Supervise all financepersonnel (controllers, treasurersetc.)
    • Manage vendorrelationships
    • Prepare reliablecurrent and forecasting reports
    • Setup and oversee the company s finance ITsystem
    • Ensure compliance with thelaw and company s policies
    • Manageteam of financial controlle and financialanalysts.


    Requirements

    Requirementsandskills
    Provenexperience as CFO, finance officer or relevantrole
    In depth knowledge ofcorporate financial law and risk managementpractices
    Excellent knowledge ofdata analysis and forecastingmethods
    Proficient in the use ofMS Office and financial management software (e.g.SAP)
    Ability to strategize andsolve problems
    Strong leadershipand organizationalskills
    Excellent communication andpeople skills
    An analytical mind,comfortable with numbers
    CPA is astrong advantage
    BSc/BA inAccounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is aplus
