Whom are we looking for?:


  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product development and strategy execution.
  • A strong understanding of the technology and industry relevant to the company's products.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying product vision, and strategies, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to motivate and lead crossfunctional teams.

What do we expect you to do?:

  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategies based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements to align with business objectives.
  • Manage external UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the delivery of highquality products within set timeframes and budgets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and launch new products or product recommendations.
  • Monitor internal and external product performance, utilizing analytics and user feedback to drive improvements and enhancements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for productrelated queries and provide support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide the team with overall tech expertise to guide product development and decisionmaking.
  • Attend client and vendor meetings as needed.
  • Build and maintain sustainable, longterm relationships with vendors.
  • Support managers in internal business development initiatives and client acquisition efforts.
  • Contribute to the company's thought leadership and intellectual capital through articles, research reports, tools, frameworks, knowledge base, internal trainings, and other initiatives.
  • Support the director in representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, building relationships, and promoting the brand.
