    JobOverview:

    As a Financial Manageryou will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health andstrategic success of our company. The ideal candidate will bring awealth of expertise in strategic financial management financialstatement preparation analysis andreporting.

    Your primary responsibility will be todevelop and maintain the accepted motivational scheme within thecompany.

    Tasks

    • Developand maintain the accepted motivational scheme within thecompany
    • Work closely with all the teams:collect their KPIs data and manage budgets for motivational schemesensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence tofinancial guidelines
    • Develop and implementfinancial strategies aligned with organisationalgoals.
    • Oversee accurate and timely financialstatement preparation and analysis.
    • Generatecomprehensive financial reports interpreting data fordecisionmaking.
    • Identify and implementautomation opportunities in financialworkflows.
    • Collaborate on business plans andprovide accurate financial projections.
    • UtilizeExcel 1C and analytics tools for datadriveninsights.

    Requirements

    • Strongstrategic financial managementskills.
    • Expertise in financial statementpreparation analysis and reporting.
    • Expertisein business process automation.
    • Strongexperience working on business planning sales performanceevaluation forecasting and budgetingtechniques.
    • Proficiency in Excel 1C and otherfinancial data analytics tools.
    • Fluent Russian(Russianspeaking team) and English would beadvantageous.
