- Support and assist in the smoothrunning of the front office department, where all aspects of theguest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level,ensuring both property and company standards are attained andadhered to.
- Takes responsibility for the dutiesand tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carriedout in a timely and professionalmanner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximizeguest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive andresponsive approach to enquiries and problemresolution.
- Support and deliver on thestrategies and objectives of the front office department takingownership for assigned areas ofresponsibility.
- Develops and builds own skills,knowledge and experience at every opportunity within front officedepartment, which aligns with the culture of growth, developmentand performance expected by thecompany.
- Collaborates with the Head ofDepartment, ensuring that departmental inventory is maintained,that productivity targets are achieved and performance levels areattained
- Build and maintain effective workingrelationships, communicating with key stakeholders whilst promotingthe company culture and values.
- Ensuresadherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements andbest practice activities are planned, delivered and documented forinternal and external audit, performing follow-up asrequired.
