We are currently working with a regional leading FMCG business within the Food & Beverage space to recruit a Chief Strategy Officer in Saudi Arabia.

This position will be managing Marketing, International Business (Export), Research & Products Development and Strategic Projects. Reporting directly to the CEO. The client is looking for someone who can commercially lead this role whilst driving growth and strategy plans.

What You'll be Doing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the organization and with our key partners.
  • Able to examine situations thoroughly and use research, critical thinking and analytical skills to inform your decision making and actions.
  • Develop key strategy resource requirements, budgets and managing the work of external partners.
  • Provide inspired leadership.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to generate growth.
  • Commercial background.
Who You Are

  • Min requirement of 7/8 years + of FMCG food & beverage experience.
  • Have a strong commercial background.
  • Have experience within export.
  • Leadership/heavyweight experience.
  • Saudi experience.
