- Responsible for generating a healthy flow of clients and project.
- To identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation, generate leads and to secure new clientele.
- Ensure that a relationship database is regularly updated with lead generation and sales conversion
- Strategize and implement various traditional and out-of-the-box sales strategies to hit targets and quotas.
- Able to manage multiple accounts and maintain a good relationship to meet sales target.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a sales hunter.
- Demonstrated track record in overachieving or exceeding sales target
- Good consultative selling, negotiation and prospecting skills
- Candidates with B2B sales background are highly preferred
